The Challenge
Precision Profile needed more than a brochure site. They required an interactive price estimator that could walk prospective clients through a custom quoting process — and a way for clients to securely submit large project files without relying on third-party file sharing tools.
The Solution
Designed and built a custom WordPress site from the ground up, then went further with two purpose-built tools: (1) an advanced estimator form that walks clients through a step-by-step quoting process — calculating pricing dynamically based on service selections, scope, and add-ons with a real-time result; and (2) a custom large file upload system built specifically to handle CAD files and other large technical assets, letting clients submit project files directly through the site without needing Dropbox, WeTransfer, or any third-party service.
The Result
Precision Profile gained a site that does real work — reducing back-and-forth on pricing conversations and eliminating the need for clients to use external file sharing services. The estimator became a key part of their sales funnel.
